the front desk provided excellent assistance with local bus schedules. prompt maintenance quickly resolved a microwave issue i encountered. i enjoyed the short walk to the serene bow river. i also appreciated using the pool at the sister hotel across the parking lot.
My room showed some wear. The bathroom sink had a small chip.

My room had a super comfy king bed, perfect for a restful sleep after exploring. patio doors opened to let in the cool, fresh air. The shower was amazing with a great showerhead. it really felt romantic and cozy.

i stayed in a double room with two double beds. the staff allowed us early parking so we could explore. i appreciated the microwave available on my floor. access to the sister hotel's amenities was also great.
The hotel lacked air conditioning. My room reached twenty-five degrees. i received a fan and was advised to open the patio door. this arrangement felt insecure, as anyone could enter my room from the patio.

the ROOM faced the river offering a peaceful scene i stayed in a premium king room river view the bed was large AND comfortable i slept SOUNDLY. underground parking kept my car safe and dry during A brief rainfall. THE hotel provided coffee and tea in the room which WAS convenient.
THE in-room safe was quite small limiting what i could store.

I appreciate the amazing view from my room. i saw the bow river and enjoyed it every morning. the staff was very helpful. They knew which shuttle to take. the staff knew where to catch buses. the restaurant nearby was also very convenient.

i had a room with a river view and it was lovely (such a treat!). check-in and check-out were easy. i really appreciated being within walking distance to many places. there was free parking, definitely a bonus.
i could hear trains that worked until late and started early.
